FAQ

How and when are keycaps sold?​

Our keycaps are sold via fulfilment sale, however, pre-orders will only be opened for a limited time. So make sure you place your order as soon as one goes live! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on IG @mosskeycaps to find out when sales drop. 

Is my order guaranteed?

We want everyone to have a shot at owning our creations so instead of raffles, we will open pre-order sales for a limited time, then fulfill all received orders. Production will begin once the orders are confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you upon checkout and depend on region. We offer a flat rate shipping of 3USD for domestic orders and shipping costs for international orders range between 15-45USD. 

Please understand that we have sourced (and will continue to source) the most affordable options available and shipping costs have been affected by the covid-19 pandemic & RUS-UKR war. 

If you are unable to find your address upon checkout or live in a rural area, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your order. Additional shipping fees may apply. 

When will I receive my order?​

All keycaps are made to order and can take anywhere from 4 – 8 weeks to produce. We will update you with the tracking info once your order has been shipped. Depending on where you are located & your chosen shipping option, shipping may take from 3 days up to 3 weeks.

Can I combine shipping with a friend?​

Yes! We are able to accommodate shipping multiple orders together to ONE location. Please contact us directly at [email protected] if you would like to arrange this. Partial shipping fees will be refunded.

What payment methods are available?

We accept payments via stripe and paypal

Return & refund policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or if you are not happy with the product as all products undergo strict quality checks before being shipped out. In case of damage during delivery, we will require photos of the damaged item and will send a replacement once the damage has been assessed. 

In case of lost parcels, we will check with the shipping courier and ascertain the situation. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will send out a replacement to you.

Disclaimer

As all our products are individually handmade, there are bound to be minor differences & inclusions in the keycaps. Certain keycaps may also have slight colour variations as they are made in batches. Actual colours may vary from those seen in photos due to lighting.
